Spa hotel Sadovy Pramen is located in the heart of the spa area of ​​Karlovy Vary, just a step away from the Mill  Colonnade (Mlýnská kolonáda). This is a historic three-storeyed building, adjoining the Dvořak gardens and overlooking the river Tepla. In summer months there is an opportunity of pleasant sitting in the inner atrium of the building. The unique building from 1855 has a rich history and is the first complex spa centre in Karlovy Vary.
